Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer - Deployment Team for work in the United States. The role focuses on platform deployment across cloud and on-prem environments, using Terraform and Helm to manage Kubernetes-based deployments.

You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, automate deployments, and ensure reliable operation while maintaining security and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure/network/platform engineering or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Platform deployment and operations across customer environments using Terraform and Helm.
• Configure and troubleshoot customer networking requirements including VPN/IPSec and DNS coordination.
• Implement and troubleshoot identity provider integrations and federated authentication (SAML, OIDC, SSO, AD).
• Deploy and operate cross-organization data-sharing services and KMS policy exchange.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code packages and deployment automation.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure, Kubernetes, and application issues with customers.
• Engage with customers to understand deployment requirements and define technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product engineering, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment practices.
• Support deployments within security and compliance baselines for regulated environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and documentation across environments.
