Job summary

Roche GenMark Diagnostics in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Lead SDET / SQE Manager who loves building C# automation frameworks and mentoring engineers. You will architect the next generation of automated verification and define the vision for automated verification to accelerate high-quality releases for FDA-regulated diagnostic instruments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
8+ years of software engineering or SDET experience.
3+ years leading or managing software test engineers.
Hands-on experience building automated test frameworks in C#/.NET.
Experience automating Windows Desktop applications and hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Software Quality Engineers through automation transformation.
Architect and implement automated test frameworks in C# / .NET.
Collaborate with Software Development, Hardware Engineering and Regulatory teams to ensure verification aligns with CI/CD and regulatory requirements.
