Unify is redefining go-to-market with an AI-native outbound platform. We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to scale our core platform for hyper growth and partner with founders to set the technical vision and engineering standards.

You will drive the technical roadmap, prototype with new tech, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering.
• 3+ years leading critical projects or teams.
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise with large-scale clusters.
• Experience shipping production-grade systems at scale.
• Collaborative, mentoring mindset.

Responsibilities

• Scale Unify to support hyper growth with a stable platform for large customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM to define a clear engineering roadmap.
• Set coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, and observability.
• Prototype rapidly with third-party APIs and infra vendors.
• Mentor and lead engineers across domains.
