Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Java software development for product applications.
• 5+ years designing and operating highly scalable systems.
• Proven experience solving complex system design challenges at scale.
• Experience with API design and RESTful services; Spring Boot or Jersey.
• Strong OOP design principles and relational database development.
• 2+ years of Kotlin experience is a plus.
• Experience with Redis is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee architecture decisions for large-scale initiatives.
• Make high-impact technical decisions with minimal oversight.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align on technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards across teams.
