Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer who loves solving tough problems with scalable systems.
• Strong system design, clean coding, and debugging in distributed environments.
• Experience tackling performance bottlenecks in high-traffic systems.
• Familiar with observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog).

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical challenges and architect scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Go, Scala, or TypeScript.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across systems.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques for tooling, automation, and debugging.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship value.
• Lead by example through code reviews and mentorship.
• Identify and implement technical improvements across codebase and workflows.
