Qualifications

• Several years of experience developing quality code and architectures.
• Background in designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, preferably AWS.
• Experience building reliable, highly available software on Kafka.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for microservices that are scalable and fault-tolerant.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes across a distributed environment.
• Design and implement protocols for communication in a distributed system.
• Develop reliable, performant code for a collector component deployed at many sites.
• Apply knowledge of networking devices and protocols to expand the solution.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to deliver components aligned with customer needs.
