Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and shipping complex, distributed systems.
• Track record leading large-scale technical initiatives that simplified core systems.
• Expertise in modern backend development; TypeScript/Node.js or Golang, plus AWS.
• Ability to see across stack layers and connect product goals with architecture.
• Coaching mindset; elevate others through context and example.
• Strategic clarity; balance short-term priorities with long-term health.
• Strong communicator; explain complex ideas to all audiences.
• Bias for improvement; continuously improve systems, teams, and practices.
• Bonus: SEO, web performance, or large-scale rendering infrastructure.

Responsibilities
