Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading engineering teams or driving architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java (11/17+), JVM internals, and memory analysis.
• Extensive hands-on with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud microservices.
• Experience with distributed transactions, idempotency, and failure handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–8 software engineers and set coding standards.
• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency Java microservices.
• Own platform upgrades, network certifications, and incident management.
• Architect distributed transactions with Oracle, Kafka, JMS, and related services.
• Implement resilience patterns and scale systems for high TPS.
• Collaborate with Security/HSM teams on PCI DSS compliance.
