Job summary

Anduril Industries in Boston seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Integration, to own automated verification across multi-stage release pipelines, cloud and robot environments. You will drive end-to-end testing frameworks, performance baselines, and reliability practices to ensure high-quality defense software releases.

You will lead AI-enabled automation efforts, strengthen CI/CD, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ship secure, scalable software solutions for fielded systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Proficient in CI/CD and DevOps practices with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Deep experience with frontend and backend services at scale.
• Hands-on automating HITL and SITL in production releases.
• Expertise in automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification and deployment.
• Develop and own the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of release.
• Define and maintain comprehensive full stack test environments, including HITL systems.
• Design and implement interfaces and features that enable end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Drive CI/CD integration of performance testing and reliability engineering practices.
