Qualifications

• Experience building AI products at enterprise or government scale.
• Strong track record shipping enterprise- or government-grade products.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, research and policy teams.
• 8+ years as a full‑stack or backend software engineer; startup experience valued.
• Active federal security clearance (Secret or above).

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship deployments meeting public sector compliance and security requirements.
• Build AI applications tailored to government workflows and validated use cases.
• Partner with research and safeguards teams to evaluate Claude for government use.
• Work with government customers and GTM teams to turn requirements into roadmaps.
• Design scalable systems for deployment, user management, and controls across constrained environments.
• Provide technical direction in a fast-moving, constraint-heavy environment.
