Luminate Bank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, build, secure, and run proprietary applications that connect our banking and mortgage platforms. You will work hands-on, use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery, and set standards for secure delivery and reliable operations.

You will lead a small team, provide technical direction, and help migrate from Azure DevOps to GitHub, while delivering high-impact financial services software with responsible AI usage.

Competenze

• - Typically 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• - Proven technical leadership without mandatory people management.
• - Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and reviewing generated code.
• - Experience shipping through a GitHub/Azure DevOps/GitLab delivery pipeline.
• - Strong practices for security, identity, secrets management, and incident response.
• - Experience building API and webhook integrations.

Mansioni

• Design and build production applications, services, and extensions for priority banking and mortgage needs.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, events, and batch exchanges.
• Own architecture and technical quality for assigned services, including API contracts and automated tests.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and engineering processes.
