Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software and automation controls engineering for high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, C#, or C++ for tool development and automation.
• Advanced PLC skills with Rockwell or Beckhoff and IEC 61131-3 languages.
• Ignition Perspective experience; CI/CD and software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Standards Engineering: build enterprise controls standards and reusable PLC libraries.
• Developer Tooling & Automation: create tools to streamline engineering life cycle and code generation.
• CI/CD & DevOps: establish automated pipelines for code testing and deployment.
• No-Code / Low-Code Tooling: enable end-user configuration without HMI designer access.
• HMI / SCADA Frameworks: develop Ignition-based templates and architectures.
• Database & Data Integration: design schemas linking PLCs with relational databases.
