Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and application security.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native apps.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, development and operation of scalable software.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges and decisions.
• Establish engineering best practices: tests, reviews, CI/CD, observability, security.
• Translate priorities into actionable technical plans with stakeholders.
