Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with proven leadership.
• Experience building large-scale distributed backend systems in fintech/payments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience guiding projects from concept to launch independently.
• Deep expertise in system architecture and data modeling.
• Ability to design robust core services with clean interfaces.
• Product-minded with focus on customer impact.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts across teams.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive ownership across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
