Job summary

Sr Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead – on site in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, is a hands‑on leadership role. You will architect, set standards, and drive secure, scalable product delivery in a fintech environment with real‑money movement and compliance requirements.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product/design/ops, and work directly with the founders as the team scales. Prior mobile/web full‑stack and startup experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years building and shipping consumer-facing mobile and/or web applications with full‑stack exposure.
• Experience at banking/credit card/crypto/remittances/lending startups.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, architecture decisions, and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of React/TypeScript, Python, Go/Rust, Postgres, AWS and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, set engineering standards, and lead delivery of a secure, scalable product.
• Collaborate across product, design, and operations; grow and mentor the team.
• Work directly with the founders; potential expansion to broader engineering leadership.
