Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to oversee the technical roadmap across APIs, SDKs and web experiences. You’ll be hands-on and drive architectural decisions while delivering flexible products for a fast-growing FinTech.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partners and Customer Success to align scope and delivery. Roles are hybrid with relocation options for select offices in NYC, SF, and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor or above in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
Experience leading end-to-end delivery of multiple products on time with high quality.
Experience with distributed teams and working with stakeholders.
Experience in FinTech and with major payment rails.
Experience with AWS cloud.

Responsibilities

Oversee the technical roadmap for the team across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partner, and Customer Success.
Be hands-on and deliver on architecture and code quality.
Build flexible products as the company evolves.
