Job summary

Q2 is seeking an ambitious and adaptable Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering Development group. You will design, implement, and support complex software solutions across Windows and Linux front- and back-end components, collaborating to extend our Fraud platform and meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of software development, strong C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL skills, and experience in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years, or equivalent.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
Experience with Azure is preferred; web development experience is required.
Experience across the full software development life cycle in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity across Windows and Linux components.
Work both independently and with a team to deliver solutions in live production systems.
Support and maintain custom features in production with on-call availability.
Ensure security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies are followed.
Mentor teammates and promote engineering best practices.
