Q2 is seeking an ambitious and adaptable Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering Development team. You will design, implement, and support custom solutions across Windows and Linux components within Q2’s Fraud platform to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate brings a CS degree with 8+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 6+ years), proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL, and familiarity with Azure and Agile practices. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure preferred.
• Web development experience.
• Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Occasional on-call/emergency support.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity across Windows- and Linux-based components.
• Work individually and collaboratively to deliver solutions in live production systems.
• Support, maintain, and resolve issues for features in live systems, with on-call availability.
• Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices.
