Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Eight or more years of relevant related experience.
• Seven or more years in distributed systems, SaaS, cloud solutions, microservices.
• Hands-on Docker experience.
• Two or more years developing front-end solutions (Angular/React).
• Six or more years with Java/Spring; proficiency with Maven/Gradle.
• Experience delivering business-critical systems.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience designing scalable systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, testing, secure coding, DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Build technical strategy for broad or complex requirements.
• Participate in strategic development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Drive architecture, design, prototyping and implementation for product needs.
• Provide leadership and backlog guidance through design and build to production.
• Guide a broad functional area and lead cross-functional teams.
• Represent engineering in cross-functional sessions and persuade others.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build features.
• Own features or systems and maintain long-term health.
• Assist support and operations in resolving production issues.
• Develop tests to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Support risk management and data security.
