Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Fullstack Software Engineer for the Enterprise Trust team to design and implement security features for Slack's enterprise users. You will own critical systems, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and other engineers.

With 7+ years of experience, you will contribute to scalable security solutions, ensure high availability, and mentor peers while maintaining rigorous coding standards across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional web app experience.
• Proficiency in PHP/Hack, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or C.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures and distributed systems.
• Ability to influence architecture and write maintainable code.
• Clear communication with designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to plan enterprise security features.
• Deliver high-quality code that secures the Slack platform and drives value.
• Own core security features or systems like SSO, SCIM, EKM architecture.
• Assist in triaging and resolving production issues to maintain availability.
• Mentor engineers, perform deep code reviews, and raise standards.
