Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer - Enterprise to join the Enterprise Trust team, protecting how Slack is used by Fortune 100 organizations. You will design and build security and compliance features across SSO, DLP, SCIM, IDR and data retention.
You’ll own core security components, drive architecture discussions, write clean, testable code, and mentor others while balancing speed, cost and reliability in a scalable enterprise platform.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience building web applications.
- Proficiency in functional or imperative programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or C.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and design maintainable, testable code.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical teammates.
- Related technical degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm with product managers and engineers to conceptualize and build enterprise security features.
- Deliver high-quality code that secures the Slack platform and enables enterprise adoption.
- Own core security features or systems (SSO, SCIM, EKM) and improve their health.
- Support production systems and triage incidents to maintain high availability.
- Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
