Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver distributed backend systems and infrastructure components (e.g., configuration, container orchestration, secrets storage)
• Define strategic roadmaps with engineering management and stakeholders
• Build and scale high-reliability services that streamline CX agent workflows and compliance processes
• Mentor engineers on design techniques, coding standards, testing practices, and operational best practices
• Partner cross-functionally across time zones to identify platform improvements and communicate technical concepts
