Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build customer service and compliance platforms across the Enterprise Applications and Architecture org. You will anchor new projects, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while crafting distributed systems that improve customer satisfaction and compliance outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems
• Strong Go (Golang) background and production API development
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Leadership in technical projects and mentoring engineers
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows and quality
