Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Agent Engagement and Experience team within Enterprise Applications and Architecture. You will architect distributed backend systems, lead technical direction, and mentor engineers to improve customer experience and compliance outcomes at scale.

You will work with Go, gRPC, TypeScript, React, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling to deliver high-availability services across time zones and partner with multiple teams to drive platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Strong background in Go and scalable backend services.
• Experience with cloud, containers, and modern DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities
