Job summary

Anthropic is seeking experienced engineers with strong full-stack fundamentals to join one of our product teams responsible for Claude.ai, the Anthropic API, enterprise deployments, Claude Code, or mission-driven applications.

You’ll partner with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers to understand new model capabilities and redefine what is possible for users in the world of LLMs, owning technical quality across the stack and scaling to millions of users globally.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
• Led design and delivery of complex consumer or B2B user-facing products.
• Proficient in frontend and backend development with React and Typescript.
• Take a product-focused approach to building robust, scalable solutions.
• Experience in fast-moving startups and shipping 0 to 1 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of product areas and features.
• Collaborate with managers, product designers and researchers to understand capabilities.
• Maintain technical quality across stack: performance, accessibility, reliability, developer experience.
• Scale efforts to millions of users and collaborate across teams.
• Help define engineering standards and component architectures.
