Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong backend and platform engineering background.
• Experience leading cross‑team architectural work and large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the team’s technical direction across the developer platform.
• Lead the design and delivery of large architectures across teams.
• Set engineering standards through briefs, prototypes, and code reviews.
• Navigate stakeholder conversations and align on plans.
• Push agentic and Copilot-driven approaches into operational work.
• Write and review production Go and Ruby code; stay connected to systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and foster growth through pairing and code reviews.
