You will design and implement backend systems while providing mentorship to fellow engineers. The position includes a competitive salary between $205,000 and $231,000 USD, comprehensive health insurance, and flexible time off.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership of API design and backend systems at scale.
• Experience working across multiple engineering teams.
• Ability to mentor engineers without management title.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design to implementation.
• Build and evolve backend systems (Go, REST/gRPC APIs).
