Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy and architecture for large-scale Marketplace Support platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI/LLM-powered agent workflows and intelligent automation.
• Build resilient, scalable, and observable distributed systems handling millions of seller interactions.
• Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, design standards, and mentorship.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Operations to translate business problems into scalable platform capabilities.
• Influence roadmaps across organizations and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
