Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a senior software engineer to lead cloud-based API and web development within a fast-paced, Agile team. You will collaborate with product managers, support teams, and customers to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You will shape architectural decisions, deliver robust frontend and backend systems, and contribute to DevOps practices while supporting on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience or 2–5 years with Master’s; equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with cloud-based, full-stack development in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of cloud-based software systems (APIs and Websites) in an Agile environment.
• Interface with product managers, tech support, and customers to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Drive architectural decisions and design across frontend/backend components.
• Ensure quality through testing practices and on-call support for applications.
