For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Care Experience to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the software that supports care operations, with a strong focus on agent-facing tools and the systems that connect them to backend services. You will lead technical design from architecture through launch and iteration, partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders. The work requires balancing reliability, security, and delivery speed while improving the performance of high-throughput workflows and third-party integrations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $193,000 – $309,000 annually
