Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in production systems using Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS-native integrations, including Lambda and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead complex system design from architecture to launch and iteration.
• Demonstrated technical leadership across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Experience integrating with third-party platforms while managing external constraints.
• Strong focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence in system performance.
• Ability to translate operational workflows into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of care agent tooling, iterating based on feedback and metrics.
• Lead design and development of software services connecting the contact center platform with backend systems.
• Ensure reliability and performance of critical agent tools in a high-throughput environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into effective solutions.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing integration complexity and delivery speed.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for evolving care tooling.
• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and foster innovation.
