Client is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join a leader in healthcare technology. This remote role shapes scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud platforms and partners with engineering and security teams to improve reliability, speed to market, and governance.

You will mentor teammates, drive technical standards, and lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how systems are built and operated, delivering resilient, compliant solutions for healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for complex production systems.
• Proven expertise in observability, automation, and CI/CD in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Crossplane for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the infrastructure foundation that supports reliable, secure, and scalable healthcare technology delivery. You will partner closely with engineering and security teams to improve developer productivity, accelerate releases, and strengthen operational resilience. The position also plays a key role in driving technical standards, mentoring teammates, and guiding cross-functional initiatives that improve how systems are built and operated.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
