Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience owning multi-quarter projects at scale
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Experience with implementing A/B tests or experimentation
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test products in Benefits. Improve the renewal UX for external and internal customers.
• Mentor other engineers to solve complex problems at scale.
• Help scale one of the largest Ruby/Rails and Javascript/React applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and Platform Engineering to launch features daily.
• Build products that customers genuinely love.
