CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate backend microservices at scale. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and event-driven patterns in cloud-native environments within regulated healthcare contexts.

You will collaborate with product, security, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable services connecting EHR systems and data standards like HL7/FHIR, while upholding HIPAA, security, and production readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years backend with Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• Experience deploying on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and JSON data modeling.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and regulated healthcare environments.
