Qualifications

7+ years of software development in enterprise/web apps.
5+ years in React/TypeScript/React JS/Python/Node.js or similar.
5+ years in cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
3+ years as full-stack Java with microservices, FAST API and Spring Boot/REST.
3+ years of Agile development practices.
3+ years applying AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q).

Responsibilities

Define and communicate long-term application development strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage the development team's day-to-day work, fostering collaboration and timely delivery.
Analyze industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Allocate resources and prioritize projects considering skills, budget, and personnel.
Conduct risk assessments and establish governance to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with senior management to understand needs and design solutions.
Engage with external partners and clients to align efforts with expectations.
Review and approve project deliverables ensuring alignment with tech strategy.
