Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Experience leading ambiguous, high-impact technical initiatives across multi-team problem spaces.
• Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ), distributed caching, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Track record building secure, compliant internal tools or platforms with data governance and security controls.
• Experience building or integrating with agentic AI systems with Go and Python.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the EAA-CX AI maturity and developer-experience roadmap with squads and demos.
• Lead platform excellence workstreams to improve reliability, observability, and operational readiness.
• Define build-versus-buy strategy for developer-experience and AI tooling across EAA-CX.
• Provide Staff-level architectural coverage across squads for complex challenges and portfolio coherence.
• Build highly reliable, secure distributed backend services with full SLO ownership and regulated-environment safety.
