Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong backend and API design experience.
• Proficiency with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experience with microservices, gRPC/GraphQL APIs and scalable data stores.

Responsibilities

• Own AI maturity and developer-experience roadmap across squads.
• Lead platform excellence workstreams for reliability and observability.
• Define build-versus-buy strategy for AI tooling across EAA-CX.
• Provide architectural coverage across squads and ensure portfolio coherence.
• Build secure distributed backend services with full SLO ownership.
