CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, emerging AI capabilities, and intuitive frontend experiences.

As a hands‑on technical leader, you will design rich dashboards, build resilient microservices, and orchestrate integrations with diverse data objects and third‑party systems. You will mentor teams, guide technical strategy, and ensure operational excellence across the stack.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with focus on full‑stack development and scalable apps.
• Strong experience in frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and modern state management.
• Deep server‑side expertise and scalable microservices design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and data integration.
• Hands‑on AI model and API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic) in software products.
• Cloud expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Excellent ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions and communicate decisions.
