Tono in New York City is seeking a staff-level full stack engineer to own features end-to-end in a modern TypeScript monorepo, spanning database design to UI components in our EHR and patient portal. You will build AI-powered clinical tools with strong emphasis on reliability, monitoring, and safe fallbacks, collaborating with doctors and engineers in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Staff-level full stack experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong TypeScript skills across frontend and backend.
• Expert relational database fundamentals: schema design, migrations, query performance.
• Comfort shipping iteratively: feature flags, instrumentation, and tight feedback loops.
• You care about code quality and craftsmanship.
• You can drive outcomes: break ambiguity into workstreams and execute.
• Experience with agent systems, evals, LoRA or self-improving loops is a plus.

Responsabilidades
