Job summary

Pearson's PSG-CP team seeks a forward deployed engineer who embeds with customers to build end-to-end AI-powered solutions, driving real adoption. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into working software and ship production systems that impact business workflows.

You will own the full tech stack, operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, and deploy AI-enabled applications using frontier LLMs, data pipelines, and integrations across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production systems end to end.
• Strong CS fundamentals and system design.
• Frontend depth with modern React and TypeScript.
• Backend depth in Node.JS, Java, and Python.
• Production LLM experience: prompts, evaluation, retrieval, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Go where the problem is and design end-to-end systems for stakeholders.
• Conduct real discovery by sitting with users and translating needs into buildable work.
• Build during conversations and ship working software as fast as possible.
• Work with messy inputs and turn them into coherent solutions.
• Ship production AI applications on frontier LLMs and related tech.
• Own the full stack including frontend, backend, data, deployments, and observability.
