We’re hiring for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead our backend teams, designing scalable agentic systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure that power our data-processing workflows.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and operating production backend or data-intensive systems.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Experience designing distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and reliable data-processing services.
Experience deploying and operating containerized applications on a major cloud platform.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve scalable AI powered systems that move, transform, and enrich data across products.
Partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Own the reliability and delivery of cloud-native services, including deployment, observability, scalability, and production support.
Mentor engineers and lead cross-team technical initiatives from architecture through production.
