Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, implement, and deliver advanced management features for VCF-like environments. You will lead architecture, coding, and reviews, while collaborating across distributed teams to produce scalable, reliable software.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, mentor peers, and focus on AI-enabled development, context engineering, and enterprise-grade solutions with strong backend and modern web capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADLC experience and AI-driven development workflows.
• Proven track record designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic apps.
• Experience with Context Engineering and RAG/MCP architectures.
• Experience in harness engineering: routing, tool integration, guardrails, authZ, memory.
• Strong backend skills in Java, Spring, Hibernate.
• Solid knowledge of messaging, streaming, and data caching.
• Experience with OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with Angular or React frameworks.
