Realtor.com in Austin is seeking a software engineer with 2+ years of experience to help build scalable backend and frontend services. You will participate in architecture reviews, develop high-quality solutions, and collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to deliver value.

You will work with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas), React, Node.js, and GraphQL, and gain exposure to AI tooling and AWS within a fast-growing, in-person team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas), React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and AWS knowledge preferred.
• Experience delivering high value to customers quickly and frequently, with regular feedback and support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system architecture and design review.
• Develop solutions that are of high quality, scalable, and reliable.
• Work collaboratively in squads composed of Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers.
• Investigate and prototype technologies that can be leveraged to introduce innovations.
• Be self‑directed, take initiative, and drive towards solutions with guidance.
