Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Salesforce team in Austin to lead a cross-functional, high-velocity engineering effort. You will guide architecture, design, and delivery across Finance, CRM, and Order Management within a scalable ecosystem.

You will mentor engineers, drive Agile practices, and partner with product managers to align technical roadmaps with business goals, delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leading software engineers in a tech organization.
• Strong delivery focus with rapid shipping and feedback iteration.
• Proven ability to coach engineers and support career growth.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, service integrations, scalable backend architectures and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-availability systems powering core functions.
• Lead engineering teams with Agile development and rapid value delivery.
• Leverage AI/ML to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
