Job summary

Replit is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Money team to shape Agentic Ads, building AI-powered, advertiser-facing software that helps businesses acquire customers. You will own architecture, lead delivery across teams, mentor engineers, and drive an ambitious vision into concrete customer value.

You will define technical direction, design extensible integrations, and collaborate with product, data and security to ensure reliable measurement, fast learning, and responsible automation.

Qualifications

• Track record of Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms.
• Strong hands-on software engineering and system design across APIs, data models, distributed systems and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows with safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for Agentic Ads and translate needs into architecture and roadmap.
• Build agent-powered experiences that turn user goals into actionable recommendations.
• Design extensible integrations with external services via well-defined APIs.
• Partner with product and data teams to ensure reliable measurement and data quality.
• Develop automation that learns from performance signals to improve outcomes.
