Pebl is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its Growth Engineering team. You will drive architecture and delivery of scalable, user-facing systems, focusing on AI-native product experiences that boost acquisition, activation, and retention.
Build across the stack with React, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS, while advancing AI tooling adoption to maximize velocity and quality. You will mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap with product and data partners, and ensure robust standards,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack depth in frontend and backend/distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience across two dimensions — AI-first product features and AI coding assistants to accelerate SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable full-stack systems.
- Design and build AI-first user-facing product experiences.
- Champion an AI-first engineering culture and integrate AI tooling into daily workflows.
