Job summary

Replit is seeking a founding Growth Enablement Engineer in Foster City, CA to shape the technical direction of growth systems across attribution, audiences, lifecycle engagement, referrals, and promotions. You will build agentic systems spanning web, mobile, and billing, working with marketing, sales, and partnerships to deliver high-leverage solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehouse experience.
• Hands-on with attribution, marketing tech, deep linking, or high-scale event pipelines.
• Experience turning business needs into shipped systems with non-engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic growth systems to monitor performance, diagnose failures, run experiments, and learn from results.
• Explore AI-native approaches for answer engine optimization, campaign operations, audience discovery, and measurement.
• Build acquisition measurement across web and mobile, including identity matching and conversions APIs.
• Create shared standards for deep links and context transfer across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnerships to translate business needs into technical systems.
