Job summary

Replit is seeking a founding Growth Enablement engineer to set direction and build agentic systems spanning attribution, audiences, lifecycle engagement, referrals, and promotions. You will work across web, mobile, billing, and data to help teams move faster and get a clearer view of durable growth.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnerships to identify high-leverage problems and ship first solutions that become platforms for future growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend expertise in TypeScript/Node, Python, Go, or similar language.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses and event instrumentation.
• Experience turning business needs into shipped systems with non-engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic growth systems to monitor, diagnose, run experiments, and improve results.
• Explore AI-native approaches for optimization, operations, and measurement.
• Build acquisition measurement across web and mobile with identity matching and APIs.
• Create shared standards for deep links and cross-platform handoffs.
• Develop promotions, referrals, and holdout measurement systems.
