The Squiggly team at Walmart develops an intelligent assistant platform delivering personalized, conversational, and AI-driven experiences for associates. This orchestration layer integrates agents, prompts, knowledge, personalization, routing, and reusable UI components to ensure consistent interactions without rebuilding core infrastructure. Focused on innovation and advanced technology, the team enhances operational efficiency and empowers associates to improve productivity. Squiggly fosters a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and well-being, delivering scalable, reliable solutions aligned with Walmart’s business objectives.

What you'll do
  • Analyze and classify requirements to align solutions with business and technical needs, ensuring comprehensive scoping and estimation.
  • Assist in designing scalable, secure software components using appropriate architectures, design patterns, and technology stacks.
  • Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code adhering to coding standards and security protocols.
  • Drive automation of repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews and support defect management to maintain software reliability and performance.
  • Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement telemetry and testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and security of software products.
What you'll bring
  • Proven expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native solutions to develop scalable, secure applications.
  • Strong proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript and Python, with adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Experience in requirement analysis, including functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and risk assessment.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
