Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related area (option 1) or 6 years' experience in software engineering (option 2).
• 4+ years' experience in software engineering or related area if Bachelor’s degree (Option 1).
• Master's degree in CS/CE/ISE/Software Engineering with 2 years' experience (preferred).

What you'll bring

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated skills in DevOps engineering and platform tooling to enhance engineering productivity.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize development processes.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications
